Alicia came to see me recently to journal her third baby's arrival- and she is absolutely stunning!

Bumps & babes...

It was so good to see my friend Kris and photograph her sweet baby bump for her much anticipated son!

I would have loved to have included daddy but he's off helping to keep our country safe... in places afar.

{thank you sir for your service- and Kris- thank you for the sacrifices you make as a family to have him absent at this time.}

I wish for you a smooth, easy labor and I can't wait to meet this boy in a few short weeks!

Meet Dave & Adrienne...

 I first met them back in 2005 when I shot their engagement photos.... and then I did their wedding photos in 2006 and have loved staying friends beyond their big day. 

I was over the moon happy when I found out this spring that they were expecting their first child- and even happier when they asked me to again journal their lives through photographs.

Not only do I love hanging out with them but they are both so gorgeous that you cant help but over-shoot because it's just so good.....

I can't wait to meet the little guy coming our way... very, VERY soon!

Some things.... are just worth waiting for...... And baby B will be no exception! M & B are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their long sought after miracle. They couldn't be happier (and I couldn't be happier for them!) They just look amazing! Can't wait to meet him soon! xoxox Didi

Dane & Alicia

Oh- you know- I just love it when a plan comes together- I LOVE with a capital L this first photo. :) How beautiful are they????? Dane works away from home for long stretches of time- so I was super excited that they came to play with me this morning, while he was home for a brief visit.

I actually purchased this gorgeous silk scarf this summer- just for this photo- I had this shot mind when I made the painstaking decision of which one to buy.... and it's as gorgeous as I thought it would be. :) Alicia looks so serene and beautiful here.

The countdown is on- not long now- and I'm sure glad we got to capture a few photos before life gets a little crazier in their household. :) So stay tuned for photos of their baby- coming your way SOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNN!
